BlueWaveNJ Public Interest Foundation (BWPIF) is seeking to hire a Community Center Director/Administrator to oversee and run its diverse community programs.  Initial emphasis will be on overseeing and expanding our youth empowerment program, which includes Tues. through Friday after-school tutoring, selected Saturday seminars and a Summer Enrichment Camp during the month of July.

In addition to BWPIF’s youth programs, the center runs Health and Wellness and Human Needs programs that provide free services for the surrounding population including health screenings, Medicaid sign-ups and monthly clothing distributions.  The center also runs economic empowerment classes and services.

Three to five years past experience in teaching and/or non-profit administration and community organizing will be helpful.   This is a part-time moving to full-time position.
